    1. go international !

There exists a global service www.gango.com - this Swiss based company operates in stealth mode and does not receive the sexy buzz you guys do - congrats BTW - but their matchmaking algorithms are smart and scale globally, also their implementation of payment and revenue sharing is awesome. First take Switzerland then you take the world ;-)

    2. support Canada

Looks like a great service -- how about making it available in Vancouver, BC or elsewhere in Canada?

    3. let users browse service providers without submitting a request

A request is a lot of work, just knowing the handymans in the area and their rates would help people decide if they even want to submi t a request.

    5. Not require people to relinquish chargeback rights.

When I read in the TOS that I would waive chargeback rights and agree to pay you $50 in the event I used them, that was it. It seems like you have a great idea, but I'd never agree to that. I'd rather advertise elsewhere then risk a possible protracted legal battle which I'd be sure to lose as I waived my rights. Too bad too many sheep won't read and will just agree.

    6. Bids come from craigslist ad

Not post my job on craigslist and then mask the bids as if you've generated them yourself. If I wanted to request quotes from freelancers on craigslist I would do it myself.

    7. Internet company/service support

Add ability to say company is an internet company/service and there are no true set hours. This could be an option within the hours selection area.

    9. Add a category for Self-Storage

Self-Storage is a service that people use everyday. There is much competition and this would help to decide where to store valuable property you don't have the space for.

    10. Is it possible this could be internationalized for other languages like spanish?

I live in Mexico city, I think you product is great!
I think this product could be very a success in a market like Mexico based in facts:
      1) Mexico economy is based 90% on micro and small services.
      2) Now with this economic crisis, the people is trying to figure out how to intelligent spent each peso and get more with less.
      3) Just to let you know, the sizes and economic capabilities of Mexico companies are really different than in USA or Canada: A medium company of day to day services (like carpenters, bakers, etc) for us is… more

    11. allow regional entreprenuers to purchase regional rights to the service

Extend the business model to allow regional entrepreneurs to purchase regional ownership rights and receive commissions based on transactions in the owned areas. These regional owners could evangelize, enhance, and market the service to micro communities. Affiliate style commissions and an API might also be an option, but basically provide a way for RedBeacon advocates to profit from promoting and enhancing the platform. You can't be everything to everyone from the valley so let regional guys specialize the service and earn a living from joining and promoting the vision and product.

Would be very helpful if a requester was able to ask questions to a provider that posts a quote.

    13. Don't change the ending time when I change the start time

I set the time range for the job, 9am to 9pm, but then I realized I could have the start time be as early as 8am. When I changed the start time, the end-time reverted back to the default (one hour later), rather than leaving my carefully-set time. Annoying!

    14. Allow providers to offer service in all of US

My business is not focused on a single state, I can provide my service via mail. When setting up my provider information I want to ensure that requestors in CA have the option to choose my business in TX since my work is done via mail or electronically.

    18. will remove listing if it doesn't show up

it doesn't make sense that you allow me to submit a service provided but people cannot find that service. someone in sf may be gewtting married in my zip code, but they can't find me, in fact nothing is available outside of your area. also i took the time to create the listing without any warning that it was geographically limited.
