It would be nice if providers could still look at ads even after they have expired and have a way to get in contact with someone live at redbeacon or even with the client directly. Otherwise, providers sometimes miss potential leads if they are away from a computer for prolonged days or if they forget to check into redbeacon periodically, for instance.
