I had work done by a provider yesterday. The work was not high quality, took much longer than expected, and ultimately I had to redo much of it by hand last night.

That being said, I discovered a personal connection with the person doing the work. It turns out that their family knows my family and so on a ways back. It's important to me to leave feedback so others don't hire this person for the type of work he did for me (I suspect the work he took on was not his normal cup of tea). However, if I leave feedback now, for him, on the job he just did, it will cause offense and social complications.

So, I'm wondering if you could do a favor to all us passive-aggressives, and allow us to submit feedback on a provider that the provider themselves cannot see?
