Expired Ads!
It would be nice if providers could still look at ads even after they have expired and have a way to get in contact with someone live at redbeacon or even with the client directly. Support ALL cities!
Your site now rejects addresses that do not use the default city name for a given ZIP Code. Instead, you should go HYPER-LOCAL and support ALL the city names in the United States Postal Service national address database! You're now excluding millions of users!

debris removal
hauling and removing yard waste, spring cleaning refuse, and the like, you might also addd the title of haul-a-way, as it sounds so much more appealing than garbage collector and people generaly have one of those as a city service anyway, so they tend to hire on a per job basis Haul-a-way persons instead.

Allow users to select a different service provider if the one you selected doesn't show up
Perhaps you couldn't find a mutually-acceptable time or couldn't reach the person – you should be able to choose another service provider.

Have job offers provide for more information
I have yet been able to bid on a job, as the information provided has never been adequate enough to make a realistic bid. I think you have a good thing going, but requiring a little more specific information would be very helpful.

Allow service providers to specify a minimum amount of notice time before a suggested job time
For example, a service provider should be able to suggest a time for a job, along with a note like "job must be scheduled with at least 24 hours notice."
