It's not how most real-world jobs were performed and I hope Redbeacon can revise this faulty workflow. If the providers and buyers are all good users of the community, both will ensure to use the system to record the transaction - so not allowing buyers to contact providers and vice versa for a more detailed Q&A or on-site estimate is counter-intuitive.
tsailiputag:redbeacon.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/89876692011-07-14T23:49:21-07:002011-07-14T23:49:21-07:00Make the attach a photo link work
agupta suggested:
Nothing happens when I click attach a photo!
aguptatag:redbeacon.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/89692692011-07-13T22:43:16-07:002011-07-13T22:43:16-07:00don't take away quotes if accept schedule onsite [is now under review]
so i lost the single quote i had with a price value when i said to schedule onsite visit. would rather not count schedule onsite as booked
Redbeacontag:redbeacon.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/89681252011-07-13T21:25:47-07:002011-07-13T21:25:47-07:00don't take away quotes if accept schedule onsite
anonymous suggested:
so i lost the single quote i had with a price value when i said to schedule onsite visit. would rather not count schedule onsite as booked
anonymoustag:redbeacon.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/85082212011-06-20T02:55:03-07:002011-06-20T02:55:03-07:00565y tyft [updated]
gfhjgfj ydyht

sushilshinde said:

nice one

sushilshindetag:redbeacon.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/85082192011-06-20T02:54:42-07:002011-06-20T02:54:42-07:00565y tyft
sushilshinde suggested:
gfhjgfj ydyht
sushilshindetag:redbeacon.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/81980132011-06-07T17:38:20-07:002011-06-07T17:38:20-07:00Fix a bug
anonymous suggested:
We're sorry!
It's not like a service provider is quoting prices for a pound of wheat shipped ala eBay when that is not what is going on here at all.

Secondly, since I am on a roll here....

The concept whereby a potential client specifies a date and time to have something completed, when the provider has a little text information at best,
and then the provider has to quote a dollar amount and date and time when you don't even know for a few days whether you've been selected, means the provider has to hold a time slot, maybe a whole day open in their future schedule "just in case" some requester accepts a quote,

Forgive me, it's all kind of weird. I don't get this format of back and forth unless I merely quote an hourly rate and an in initial service charge just to come out and "take a look" to try and decifer what the h the customer is talking about.

This all smacks of a format where the client is going to accept the low bid every time and that's just begging for trouble for both parties.

The work was not high quality, took much longer than expected, and ultimately I had to redo much of it by hand last night.
That being said, I discovered a personal connection with the person doing the work. It turns out that their family knows my family and so on a ways back. It's important to me to leave feedback so others don't hire this person for the type of work he did for me (I suspect the work he took on was not his normal cup of tea). However, if I leave feedback now, for him, on the job he just did, it will cause offense and social complications.
So, I'm wondering if you could do a favor to all us passive-aggressives, and allow us to submit feedback on a provider that the provider themselves cannot see?
riclewistag:redbeacon.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/34117272010-10-16T19:24:52-07:002010-10-16T19:24:52-07:00Restaurant Cleaning
akdenizllc suggested:
Restaurant Hood Exhaust system Cleaning
akdenizllctag:redbeacon.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/33183492010-10-11T19:07:14-07:002010-10-11T19:07:14-07:00Bonded/Insured
peteryan4721 suggested:
Don't require that the contractors are bonder/insured.
peteryan4721tag:redbeacon.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/33136132010-10-11T13:23:43-07:002010-10-11T13:23:43-07:00Service Area option needed [is now under review]
Hello, for my profie of Photo Restorer, I can perform this work worldwide, so I would like to have this profile edited so it will be viewable by anyone in the world, since photos can be sent online from anywhere..
